ICMLSC 2019, The 3rd International Conference on Machine Learning and Soft Computing, will take place in Da Lat, Vietnam, from January 25-28, 2019. ICMLSC 2019 is co-organized by Sai Gon University, Vietnam and Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City.
